Philippe Leboulanger is an advocate before the Paris Bar, and a Lecturer on International Commercial Arbitration and International Trade Law at University of Panthéon-Assas, Paris II. He has appeared as counsel or expert, or been appointed as co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator or chairman in numerous international arbitrations (ad hoc, CRCICA, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, OHADA, UNCITRAL).
Prof. Leboulanger holds the degrees of Doctor of Laws (Private International Law), LLM (Private Law), LLM (Comparative Law) and LLM (Criminal Law). He is Chairman of the Comité français de l'arbitrage and Member of the Board of Trustees and Vice President of the Advisory Board of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA). He is also a member of the Egyptian Society of International Law, the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Law Association (ILA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC, French Committee), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and the Swiss Arbitration Association.
